NUMBERS IN SPANISH/LOS NÚMEROS
http://www.spanicity.com/Numbers/Numbers.htm
Notes:
Uno changes to un when used in front of a masculine word: un hombre, veintiún hombres. Una is used to refer to a feminine word: una mujer,
treinta y una mujeres. Uno is used only when counting (uno, dos, tres) or when it refers to a masculine word but does not
precede that word: ¿Cuántos libros tienes? - Uno.
Note that 21-29 are
usually a single word composed as follows
- take veinte
- drop the final e
- add i (and)
- add the digit
21-29 can also be written as three words, just as the
30's through 90's are:
- take veinte, treinta,
cuarenta, etc.
- add y (and)
- add the digit
III.
COLORS IN SPANISH/LOS COLORES
http://www.languageguide.org/im/colors/es/
Colors, like other Spanish adjectives, must change in gender and number to agree with the words that they
modify. However, there are a few exceptions:
- Violeta is invariable.
- Azul, verde, and gris have only singular and plural forms;
they are the same for masculine and feminine.

case like English. It has three form of you: tú, for friends, children and animals;
usted (Vd.,Ud.) for formal, one person and ustedes (Vds. Uds.) for formal, two or more persons. For law enforcement purposes, you should usually use the formal forms of usted/ustedes.
